A preserved record of Paco.org as captured by the Internet Archive on January 25, 1999. The archived page identifies itself as “Paco's Web o'Lies” and says it was last updated Wednesday, October 21, 1998.
What the capture establishes
This is now the earliest verified Paco.org web era in the archive. The home page was built with Microsoft FrontPage 2.0 and used a fixed 750-pixel table layout. Its masthead was The Loudmouth, with ABOUT, NEWS and E-MAIL navigation and the address theloudmouth@paco.org.
The surviving page contains Loudmouth stories dated October 19–20, 1998, including “Cows come home; La Niña blamed” and “Microsoft seals pact with Satan,” plus period external links, a LinkExchange FastCounter and a Java applet button.
